Project Highlights charitable organization

Khpal kor (aapna ghar) is an English medium school for girls and boys in Mingora, Swat in Pakistan. All children are orphans, that are well taken care of. Kids are excelling in high school, many have finished college.  

Patron: senator Kamaran khan (father in law of Dr. Naeem Khan (Naeem Lala)  

Funding: donations from APPNA members and friends, USAID, UNICEF, Zakat fund of kpk govt.  It takes 600 dollars a year to sponsor a child and you will get all info on progress of child.  In USA, funds are collected through APPNA-Ohio

These children are orphans because of killings of Taliban, floods, natural disasters. School has over 5000 kids on waiting list. it is recognized by kpk board of secondary education and some teachers are paid by the kpk govt.
